HIIT session with Dave!
It's time for another HIIT workout at Dave's place! Only one dumbbell or kettlebell is required and Dave recommends you choose a slightly heavier one than you usually would. So rather than a regular HIIT workout, there's more of a strength element in there.
The workout- 30 sec on/ 15 sec off of...
- Burpee over dumbbell 
- Renegade row to twist (left arm) 
- Dumbbell pike 
- Renegade row to twist (right arm) 
- Russian twist 
Complete for 5 rounds
