If you’ve always wanted to master bodyweight skills like a handstand, ring muscle-up, or front lever, this structured 6-session series will teach you the foundations and progressions to get there.
Led by experienced calisthenics coach Jordan Williams, this course breaks down complex skills into clear, progressive steps so you leave knowing exactly how to continue your training long after the series ends.

£50.00 for the full 6-session block.
Block bookings are non-transferable if sessions are missed.
Single-session bookings can be transferred to the next available date if required, and space allows.

There are no minimum entry requirements.
Every movement is scalable. Each session includes progressions and regressions so you train at your level.
Who Should Not Attend?
If you are currently unable to support your own bodyweight due to injury, this course may not be suitable.
If you have an injury but are interested in attending, please contact Tom or Jordan prior to booking so they can see whether reasonable adjustments can be made for you.
