Karly has over 15 years experience in the healthy and fitness industry, working as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. During this time Karly has gained various exercise to music qualifications such as Spinning, and 3 Les Mills programmes - BodyCombat. Bodypump and Grit. 

As Karly quickly expanded her skills and knowledge within the industry, she found a keen interest in weightlifting and all types of training methods, from Olympic Weightlifting, kettlebell training and even into the realm of competitive Bodybuilding.

Over the past 6 years Karly has been competing within the Bodybuilding industry. She has competed in 5 competitions, and has placed as runner up, achieved two 2nd place finishes, won the PCA south West trained female, and then placed 5th in the PCA british finals. As a result, she received an invitation to the World Championships.

Karly’s passion is to bring a positive change to peoples lives not only physically but mentally. She wants to educate and empower everyone around her, to have an increased knowledge of how to exercise as she believes that this will increase their motivation to use the gym and achieve their fitness goals.
