Train.
A gym floor designed through experience, and built for serious training.
Training is the foundation of U7.
The new gym floor is being designed around serious training, better flow, stronger equipment choices and a space that works for the people who value an authentic training environment.
This is not about filling a building with kit for the sake of it. Every area, brand and equipment choice is being considered around how people train, how sessions move, and how the environment feels when you’re in it.
What We Are Building Around.
-
The training floor is being built around equipment that has a clear purpose. Every brand, machine and area is being considered around how it will actually be used - not because it looks impressive on a list.
We are choosing kit for quality, feel, durability and training value, with the aim of creating a floor that supports proper sessions for members who want to train consistently and seriously.
-
The new layout is being planned around how people move through the gym, how sessions flow, and where friction usually happens in a busy training environment.
The goal is to create a floor that feels easier to use, with clearer training areas, better spacing, and a more considered setup for strength work, machines, free weights and everyday training.
-
The new U7 training floor will support a wide range of training styles, from strength work, to bodybuilding, HYROX and CrossFit-styles, as well as general fitness.
It is being built for people who want to train properly - whether they are experienced, returning to training, building confidence, or simply want a gym environment that helps them stay consistent.
-
Serious training does not need to feel intimidating. U7 is being built to raise standards while staying practical, human and welcoming.
That means a space with strong equipment, clear expectations and a proper training atmosphere - without the ego, pressure, posturing or fake luxury that often gets attached to fitness.
Why It Matters.
A gym floor affects everything: how confident people feel, how easily they can train, how busy the space feels, how sessions flow, and whether people want to keep coming back.
That is why this part of the move matters so much. Training sits at the centre of U7, and the new space is being built to raise the standard of the everyday training experience.
We will keep updating this page as more of the training floor is confirmed. Check back for equipment reveals, brand updates, layout previews and more.
