Recover.

Sauna, ice bath, and spaces designed to help you reset.

Looking after yourself matters.

We recognise the importance of managing stress, slowing down and creating time to look after both body and mind. That is why sauna, ice bath and dedicated wellness spaces will now be included as part of the U7 experience.

These spaces are being designed to support physical recovery, encourage a calmer state and give members somewhere to step away from the demands of training and everyday life. Not as an added extra, but as a considered part of feeling better, performing well and looking after yourself properly.

What Recover is Built Around.

Why It Matters.

Recovery is often treated as something separate from the main gym experience - an upgrade, an occasional luxury or something available only to a small number of people.

We want to remove that barrier. By building these facilities into the membership and giving them proper space, members can use them regularly and in a way that fits around their own routine.

The aim is simple: to make it easier for more people to slow down, spend time looking after themselves and leave U7 feeling better than when they arrived.

This is not wellness added for appearance. It is a practical, considered part of how the new U7 is being built.

Inside Recover.

Traditional Dry Sauna

Large male and female saunas, designed with enough room to be used comfortably rather than feeling like a small add-on.

Dedicated Ice Baths

Separate cold-water facilities within each wellness area, giving members privacy, space and easier access as part of their routine.

Wellness Studio

A fully matted space for yoga, mobility, stretching and quieter movement, away from the pace of the main gym floor.

Included as part of U7.

Sauna, ice bath and wellness facilities will be included within U7 memberships. We do not believe looking after yourself should be restricted to a premium tier or treated as an occasional extra.

Follow the development.

We will continue sharing plans, progress and further details as the Recover spaces take shape.
