What is It?

Our Christmas Social Lift Off is a friendly, in-house team powerlifting event to celebrate the end of the year.

Teams of three will take on the classic powerlifting trio – squat, bench press and deadlift – with each team member performing one lift.

Expect loud music, festive outfits, big encouragement and a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. Whether you’re chasing a PB or just want to be part of the fun, this is your chance to get on the platform and show what you’ve been working on all year!

Teams: 3 people per team.

Lifts: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift (1 lift per team member).

Theme: Festive / Christmas social vibes – Christmas jumpers & fancy dress encouraged.

Spaces: Limited team spots – pre-registration required.

Cost: Free to everyone. It is Christmas afterall!
